If you join GoodReview Rewards or contact support, we may receive your email address and the information you choose to send us. We use this information to provide the requested feature, recover a Reward ID, deliver reward-related communications, or respond to support.

We may use cookies or browser storage for essential site state, analytics sessions, Reward membership/recovery, and security. We do not use this policy to claim control over cookies set by third-party retailers after you leave GoodReview.uk.
Service providers and external links
GoodReview.uk is hosted using Cloudflare services. If direct digital checkout is enabled, payment and transaction information is processed through Shopify Checkout and may be handled by Shopify Payments or another payment method selected at checkout under the applicable Shopify privacy terms. Links to Amazon, Kobo, Apple Books, Ingram and other retailers take you to third-party services governed by their own privacy policies.

We use collected information to operate the site, measure traffic quality, prevent abuse, improve discovery and editorial experiences, administer Rewards, and support direct digital purchases where offered. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and transaction support.
